• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment industry.
• Previous experience in pre- and post-contract work for a MNC and international scale projects is advantageous.
• Highly motivated individual with strong confidence, drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform measurements for quantities
• Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Evaluation of price comparison
• Estimation for variation submission
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments
• Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders.
• Monitoring of Project Variations
• Conducting site measurements
• In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1year of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standard

· Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope

· Develop accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis for various construction projects

· Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordinate with suppliers to call for quotations for tender submissions
