Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Quantity Surveyor is required handles for all cost and contractual issues on Main contract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project.

View of Summary :

1. Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to sub-contractors/main contractor.

7. Maintain and Build a good relationship with Client, & subcontractors/maincontractors of the Project QS to ensure that the project is smooth and met the project timeline.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree Holder Above/in Quantity Surveying, Building and Construction & Civil Engineering Filed Related.

2. Minimum 5-10 years working experience.

3. Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts will be an added advantage.
