You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our mall and B1 office.

Job Description

• Provide facilities management services for the mall and B1 office space.
• This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects for the mall that you are assigned to.
• In addition, you will be responsible for car park management.
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building.
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
• Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 2 years of facilities management experience.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service orientated mindset.

We are recruiting a Property Officer to form part of the team to carry out the development and maintenance of Diocesan properties.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Development Board in project and facility management
• Assist in office procurement and coordinate with contractors on maintenance work
• Liaise with service providers (e.g. Cleaners, gardeners, security, etc.) and inspect works completed by them.
• Liaise with Government Authorities (e.g. SLA, URA, LTA) for Land/Building matters
• Attend to occupants and supervise common property usage
• Assist in Fire Safety Measure of the premise
• Work with DCB to set up Emergency Response Team
• Support pest control response and solution
• Support in DCB maintenance work when required
• Support in DB meetings when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in disciplines related to Building or Estate Management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project and Facility Management
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Able to explore ways to improve SOP and process
• Proactive at sourcing effective fire safety measures
