The Job

• Manage and ensure all types of routines and ad-hoc repair works undertaken by contractors
• Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance works in cleaning, pest control, security, fire protection system, security system and building works
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely maintenance
• Attend to all complaints/feedback
• Oversee site areas and report non-compliance's to management
• Update and report to client for maintenance works conducted on site
• Handle statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely

Job Description

You will be part of the Mall Retail Operations team reporting to Manager, Property Management.

Responsibilities:

· Handle and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers

· Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the Company’s properties

· Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works

· Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness

· Manage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests in a timely manner

· Promote good relations with our partners and tenants

· Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. SIC, ERT and First Aider)

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)

· Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification will be added advantage

· WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT will be added advantage

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently and under tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Highly proficient in both hard and soft (FM) faciliites management skills

• Conduct site inspections and checks to ensure and pre-empt that premises, building including M&E systems and installations as well as the building, facilities and amenities are maintained in high standard and free from faults and/or potential malfunctioning, power trips, water leakages, etc.

This is a full time role for a Property Executive located in UE Square. Our client played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation. Building on its early engineering roots and with key business activities in Property Rental and Hospitality, Property Development, Engineering and Distribution, as well as Manufacturing.

Your responsibilities involve liaising with contractors for repairs and supervising contracts and projects. You assist with daily facility checks, handle maintenance complaints and building defects. You monitor the condition of building facilities and equipment, report irregularities to your supervisor, and oversee the work of service contractors and sub-contractors on site. Additionally, you ensure compliance with statutory requirements, source quotations, recommend service providers for maintenance work, and process payment requests and invoices for completed tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Building Services / Property Management / Project & Facilities Management or related studies.
• Strong building knowledge with 3-4 years’ relevant experience in commercial buildings
• Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical system.
