Duties of Property Operations Specialist:

• Collaborate with site managers to ensure seamless daily operations of commercial/industrial properties. Assist in preparing a safe and efficient environment.
• Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans. Ensure the site is well-maintained and meet all safety requirements.
• Keep track of deadlines for contract fees and invoices. Manage term contracts and ad hoc invoicing.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete maintenance and repairs within the agreed timelines and quality standards. Maintain and replenish maintenance stock inventory.
