• Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers
• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality, safety and project cost monitoring
• Assist to review and develop project schedule with Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan and ensure it complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates
• Idenitfy any deviations from the agreed scope or premises of the project, assess the impact and ensure remedial action during the construction planning and execution
• Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of project as required by Project Managers
• Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements
• Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meeting and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters

1. A Degree in Engineering(Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board with at least 12 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
2. Report to the Project Manager, and assist in creating schedules and project timelines, track deliverables, and control subcontractors and suppliers to meet time, safety and quality objectives.
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
4. Sound management skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to work independently.
7. Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. Basic salary: S$6,000 to S$8,000, plus allowances.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the construction of trackwork for LTA projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and budgets.
• Review and approve trackwork design drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and supervise the construction progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues and conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Railway/ Trackwork Industry.
• Strong knowledge of trackwork construction methods, materials, and equipment.
