Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand 2D shop drawings (both AutoCAD dwg and hand sketch).
• Prepare quotation,
• Familiar to various carpentry fitment components, like cabinets, doors and wall panelling.
• Taking actual site measurement with elaborative hand sketch.
• Attend meeting on site with main contractor/designer/architect.
• Able to lead lower skilled worker to complete given production task.
• Raw material stock taking and ordering.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education Qualification: at least Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Min. 3-5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor & Site coordinator.
• Knowledge in Carpentry & Joinery works is an advantage, able to understand carpentry shop drawings.
• Computer literacy especially Microsoft EXCEL and email.
• Problem solving skill is a must in this position.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently and self understanding.
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
• Preferably to be able to start work immediate or short notice.
