• All project procedures are carried out in accordance with the company manuals
• Involved in the pre planning and assist with project mobilisations and demobilisations
• Ensure regular updating of operational status, equipment losses or failure and project schedules to assist in planning and highlight possible issues within the scope of work

Main requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as Construction Manager in oil and gas/petrochemical projects.
• Fluent English
• High command of Spanish is a plus

Working hours: 60 per week

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.
• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs.
• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage.
• Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team.
• Assist QS manager and contracts manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
• Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts.
• Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by QS Manager / Contracts Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey,Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering.
• 5-10 years’ experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project.
• Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.
• Experience with large-scale process related construction project is preferable
