Responsibilities:

• Establishing clear design guidelines to improve business strategically and improve procedures/contract standards
• Drive cost optimization initiatives
• Assessing and managing project risks
• Enhance process documentation and communicate resolution to improve process
• Creation, auditing, and maintenance of process documentation in the knowledge database
• Resolve operational issues by developing knowledge base articles that expedite up the problem-solving process.
• Oversee key performance indicators of the projects and provide commercial advisory to project team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural or other similar disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in construction business, preferably in design and build projects
• Strategic leader with overview on commercial, technical design and project management
• Familiar with building process of development projects
• Familiar with local and international construction contracts, such as SIA, Redas, PSSCOC, PAM, FIDIC, JCT etc.
• Experience in commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics project types across the regions.
• Problem solving and analytical skills which will include for resolving of cost planning, contracts procurement and administration issues for various construction and design activities.

Job Requirement

• Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar

Job duties:
