• To examine client’s requirements and the scope of work, then prepare quotation.
• To review, compare, analyse products and services to propose.
• To propose alternative products, as and where required.
• To prepare technical specifications.
• To maintain and update supplier information, and liaise on product ranges, prices, delivery times, etc.
• To do project management/co-ordination
• To assist with project documentations
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Administrator in construction industry
• Knowledge of lighting industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of software an advantage, eg. Autocad, Photoshop, Dialux

Job Description:

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
• Prepare shop drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
• Prepare Method of statements for M&E project activities execution
• Supervise site installations in order to meet the design standards and local code requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical
• Having experience in the Building Project would be an advantageous.
• Have PPVC and BIM experiences
• Willing to work in the site office
