What you will be doing

• Conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercises within the premises each year and to evaluate, together with the Fire Safety Committee, the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for those premises;
• Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises;
• Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment;

Requirement:

• Must have valid Fire Safety Manager certification
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years' experience as a Fire Safety Manager or related experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Competent in reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities, tender, contract, document, specifications and terms of contract.
• Analysing quotations, build-up rates and perform pricing.
• Valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements.
• Handle tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare and amend of schematic, detailed and production drawings
• Develop solutions to solve technical & design issues as per onsite basis.
• Prepare 2D/3D CAD/BIM designs for presentations submission purposes.
• Able to compute basic technical calculations as per project requirements
• Liaising with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors ensure smooth coordination in project
• Attend all all technical, design and consultants meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.
• Lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues
• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

• To possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
