Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Property Supervisor for Parkway Parade.
The role will be responsible to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operations staff, overseeing and ensuring standards of the property facilities and services are at its optimal level. Acting as the primary liaison in meeting the needs of our stakeholders, maintaining positive experiences, and supporting the operational functions of the asset.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operation of the asset, including building maintenance and soft FM services such as pest control, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, and security.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the asset in the areas of preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company policies.
- Conduct daily routine inspections and supervise internal teams and service providers in fulfilling their contract obligations.
- Ensure adherence to all procedures and guidelines for works in the premises as per corporate requirements, including EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Operations.
- Assist with ad-hoc upgrading projects, including building improvement, A&A, defect rectification, renovation, and reinstatement works.
- Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, such as NEA, BCA, LTA, and URA, as required.
- Assist with tender documents, interviews, and awarding processes.
- Follow up with both internal and external parties for submission of necessary documents.
- Administer and maintain property documents and periodic reports.
- Attend to shoppers, tenants, and stakeholders' requests promptly and professionally.
- Possess knowledge of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) regulations and requirements.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels/ Nitec and above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar function
- Experience in mixed- development (retail & office) operation is advantageous
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours is 40 hours/week
