• Salary range: $3500 – $5000
• Working Location: Genting lane (Near to Potong Pasir MRT)
• Working Day & Time: 5.5 days alter Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm ; 9:00am to 13:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for full set of accounts
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments or other projects
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, corporate tax computation, GST return and all statutory obligations timely
• Coordinate and prepare budget and/or forecast
• Liaise with external auditor, company secretary, tax authorities, bankers and other professionals

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with accounting degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• Over 3 years’ experience of which at least 2 years should be gained from auditing and experience in supervisory role is preferred
• Experience in construction industry is preferred
• Alter Saturday is required

· Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at the logistics building(s) that he/she is assigned to;

· Lead a team Technicians and Term Contractors to run the day-to-day operations at the logistics building including taking over of completed premises from the main contractor and handing over to the incoming tenant(s);

· Responsible for the planning, management and delivery of soft and hard services at the logistics building(s). This will include the management of term and specialist contractors to ensure smooth operations of the logistics building(s);

· Manage relations with tenants/authorities;

· Manage tenants’ fitout works with reference to the tenants’ guide;

· Provide tenants/authorities with updates of electrical, water and other critical service outages and scheduled shutdowns;

· Attend to all matters promptly including tenant feedback and emergencies on site, and take remedial actions with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants’ operations;

· Responsible for annual property management budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating and capital expenses;

· Improve building maintenance standards and efficiency;

· Regularly review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

· Ensure compliance with all government regulations, statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards;

· Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery, business continuity plan, emergency response plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintained;

· Enforce safety rules and regulations needed to comply by term and specialists’ contractors for the maintenance work;

· Oversee all administrative support for the logistic building(s);

· Responsible for executing all identified and approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) and improvement plans;

· Develop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings;

· Implement green and sustainability initiatives;

· Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

• Overall, in charge of upkeep building facilities, carry out timely preventive works, manage and maintain daily site operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services / Property Management / Project & Facilities Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of contract administration & license renewal experience in commercial buildings
