M&E Quantity Surveyor

Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Aljunied
Salary Range: $3000-$4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
• Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
• To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
• Risk analysis evaluation
• Feasibility studies
• Any other adhoc duties when required.

Job Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Relevant Experiences

• Responsible for administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Handle supplies inventory and validate invoices prior to payments.
• Compile and arrange reports on monthly basis.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of admin experience preferably in a Construction Project Site Office.
• Proficient in MS Office
