Our Advanced Process Manufacturing, Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction manager manage the Construction, Logistics, MIMO and Trade enabling activities for the client. The Construction Manager will work directly with the Client Construction site lead. The Construction Manager will run the complete construction program within the criteria set out in the Project Execution plan for this project.

Job Scope:

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Lead Construction Coordination and Integration process with all site projects and within Tool Install Project.

Arcadis|DPS Advanced Process Manufacturing is seeking a Construction Coordinator with a solid background in construction support to join our growing teams in Singapore. The Construction Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the activities for the tools under their ownership. The CC’s will report to the Project Manager and will take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed by the Project Manager. TI Construction Coordinator (“CC”) is focal point of all trade activities for the respective Tool install area. Job Scope:

• Review Design Packages at all stages of process - look for known past issues and ensure design is constructible.

• Lead and manage in-house payroll process full cycle for all entities.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Verify timesheets and process overtime calculations
• Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.

Job Duties:

1. Understanding, Review and well versed in preparing contract document and drawing.

3. Preparing Monthly progress claim and certification to Sub contractor claim in a timely manner.

4. In order to ensure the accuracy of monthly claim, it is necessary to measure data on site.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other engineering/construction related course or above.

2. 2 to 5 years experiences in construction.

3. Handling tender documents and submissions experience is a preference.

4. Proficient in English and Chinese, independent and good attitude.
