Job Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks, including opening job cards, processing invoices, and managing internal and warranty billings.
- Engage with customers regarding car servicing, repairs, and test drives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Responsible for meeting overall business objectives and improving technician productivity.
- Assist in preparing repair and accident quotations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in computer applications with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
