Operational IT Support Analyst (Incident and Ticketing)

Require Skills:

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably into Operational domain
• Tracking of eMemo/Contract activities- must have experience.
• Onboarding / Off-boarding process - must have experience.
• Recent Track Incident and Problem ticket is a must.
• Raise a case with Supplier and follow-up for tech support
• Raise a Remedy request for control-m changes
• Write new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and knowledge document and review the existing support document
• Track the invoices and payment
• Liaise with procurement for vendor contract renewal
• Communicate with business for Disaster Recovery (DR) activity
• Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure)
• Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required
• All other semi-technical tasks that can be performed within Service Recovery to support the Service Recovery team
