In this role, you will oversee end-to-end post-sales delivery and coordinate support across the partner ecosystem, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account teams to plan and lead discussions to define and prioritize alignment with internal teams, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues in various time zones.
• Focus on daily customer-facing activities, including planning, customer communication, scheduling, and managing bookings.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Previous experience with technology products, including Microsoft solutions, Cloud, and SaaS. Certifications in Azure, M365, D365, or AI are advantageous.
• Cantonese language proficiency is required. Candidates with backgrounds in consulting or system integrators will also be considered.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

Customer/Vendor Management

• Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including monthly or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes

Job purpose: Responsible for the development, presentation and management of all Services customer proposals

Role overview:

To support our expanding sales opportunities and pipeline, we are introducing a new role focused on supporting the development and positioning of our Professional Services in the South East Asia Region.

In this role, you will lead all services sales activities from the point when a sales opportunity has been qualified to the start of the project. This includes building an optimal implementation approach for each project and aligning the scope and expectations with new customers and our delivery partners. In summary, the Services Sales Manager is effectively responsible for coordinating a successful Services Sales campaign for all prospects in their geography. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing the Services Sales process in new sales opportunities.

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. • Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular.
