Qualifications -

• Have obtained NITEC cert, diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage

• Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre

• Enjoy people engagement and providing sound advice, have patience in dealing with complex problems

• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries clearly over the phone

• Be result-oriented and enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work

This is a contract-based position, and attractive remunerations and monthly incentives will await you if you are a successful candidate.

Our contact centre is located within walking distance from Tampines MRT station. You should be able to commit to a 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm.
