Responsibilities:

• Mainly assist the Service Operations Engineers.
• Offer customer service to all client in an effort to increase satisfaction and service sales.
• Provide the Service Field Executive input on a regular basis to enhance efficiency of Service Operations.
• Support Service Operations Engineers in achieving their service sales goals and collecting payments.
• Strengthen partnerships with both contractual and non-contractual clients.
• Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
• Uplift and encourage department employees.
• Motivate service operations engineers to pursue service sales prospects.

Requirements:

• Minimum certificate in science or engineering, or similar studies
• Knowledge of maintaining and repairing air conditioners
• Capable of using Microsoft Office programs

Your Role

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to handle front desk and administrative duties at the clinic.

What Will You Do

• To serve as a Patient Service Associate at the clinic.
• To handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• To provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
• To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What Do We Want

• At least an O Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
