Job Description
Ā· Report to the Operation Manager
Ā· Lead / supervise a group of teams which maintain all related fire systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted services to site
Ā· Oversee and responsible for team operations for the respective sites in the contract, must obtain a complete understanding of all customersā contractual agreements to drive the fulfilment of requests and services.
Ā· Manage and plan team operations, operations budget and costing
Ā· Manage and plan all related preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the safe practices as defined in the Singapore Standard and / or authority requirement and guidelines.
Ā· Engaging customers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Ā· Managing all escalations and complaints with appropriate priority and diligence
Ā· Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition whenever possible.
Ā· Ensure timely deliveries and tracking all essential records of maintenance and testing are documented properly and stored.
Ā· Ensure all Work Orders (WO) are closed on time, as required.
Requirements
Ā· Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field
Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained
Ā· Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in Fire Operation supports and maintenance on fire safety system.
Ā· Understanding of local regulations and standards on Facilities operations and maintenance.
Ā· Must be well versed and experienced with good technical competency in fire protection services.
Ā· Independent with good leadership traits and lead by example.
Ā· Hands on ability to lead the team on everyday operations and projects.
Ā· Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and perform under tight timeline.
Ā· A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and critical path planning ability.
Ā· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
