Responsibilities

Call Centre Operations Management

• Support Manager in the operational matters of the Call Centre and work closely with the appointed vendor to ensure that agreed service levels are met and maintained

Call Centre Quality and Training

We are looking for a center care taker for PlayFACTO School at Bedok Reservoir (Mon-Fri, 11am-5pm)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premise
• Prepare snacks and simple meals for children (no cooking required)
• Wash plates and utensils
• Provide basic care for students
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
