What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. Summary

Responsible to work with the Real Estate Manager or higher staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities in accordance with the real estate management agreements and CBRE policies.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the execution and administration of Performance Management cycles to support the overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of non-medical employees. You will have opportunities to work hand in hand with stakeholders to learn and to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning. You will also have opportunities to be involved in compensation related projects.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources/Accountancy/Business or similar w min 6 yrs of performance management, preferably with supervisory experience
