As part of the national HealthierSG initiative to transform the way healthcare is delivered, NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is setting up a Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to support the western population through phone calls, telemedicine and digital communication platforms to become healthier and take charge of own health.

You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community. The job scope would include referrals to community partners, facilitating community appointments, conducting outbound nudges to encourage participation in screening and vaccination to assisting residents and community partners with navigation of the healthcare landscape.

Guest Service Officer directly addresses the needs of all guests/customer and ensures an exceptional guest/customer experience. He/She is responsible in increasing overall guest’s stay experience. About the role: -

Reporting to Customer Experience manager, the Customer Experience executive will be part of team to provide best customer experience through multi-channel support channels, including general inquiry, case resolution. The person will work closely with team to improve knowledge base and keep update relevant FAQ on the website.

Job Description: -

 Customer Engagement and Support:

●     Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to understand their needs and provide timely assistance.

●     Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer feedback, focusing on exceeding expectations and first contact resolution.

●     Responsible for meeting individual KPIs – including but not limit to Customer Satisfaction, Quality Score, First Contact Resolutions and Average Resolutions Time.

Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·      Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support or a related role

·      Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

·      Ability to lead and collaborate effective with cross-functional teams.

·      Languages: English, Indonesia Bahasa preferred.

·      Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Magento, ERP system is a plus.

o  Experience in SQL and proficient in Python/R for data analysis.

o  Experience with data modeling, data analysis and visualization tools.

o  Statistical methods for building robust and actionable metrics.

Responsibility

• Manage Customer Care counter which include walk-in and answering of phone calls
• Answer enquiries and prepare quotation for Direct distribution channel
• Follow up on customers’ enquiry received via automated service channel
• Administer intermediaries training registration, attendance tracking and certification
• Support annual Agents Renewal Exercise
• Handle online payment transactions
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
• Possesses Certificate in General Insurance
• At least 1 year related work experience in customer experience management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• A good team player

[What you will be working on]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. It oversees matters related to college event management, marketing communications as well as school/corporate visits as part of networking and outreach endeavours.

As a Head/Senior Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

- Promote and market ITE courses to secondary school students, through outreach efforts and programmes

- Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys

- Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College

- Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts

- Assist with other CRR-related functions including branding and promotion campaigns as well as coordination efforts with regards to the hosting of international visitors.
