1) Attend to incoming calls, whatsapp messages, emails and other forms of communication methods
2) Take orders from customers and sales team and input into the system
3) Liaise with Operations Planning Team to ensure jobs are assigned out and provide updates to customers/sales team (if necessary)
4) Resolve customer issues and complaints
5) Submit weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
1) Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service, operations or logistics roles
2) Good written and oral communication skills
3) Able to multi task, handle stress and highly motivated
4) Able to work independently and as a team player
5) Must be able to commit to 5.5 days work week
