Job Description & Requirements:
Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters This role is a dedicated for Business development and operation role which may involve internal and external client service position, in operation area which may involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the Centre to build business relationships and create Business strategies to swiftly build up business volume.
- Plan Marketing strategy and activities in our business area to grow business volume, extend center's popularity to parents.
- Responsible for planning and arranging Open houses and develop partnerships with surronging primary schools
- Management of new inquires and conducting centre tours
- Colllaborate with center manager to Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre in accordance to HQ process.
- Partner with center manager to oversee the daily operation of the centre.
- Ensure safety of children within the premises
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in an Education environment.
- Excellent Experience managing education Marketing and sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges and keep a problem-solving mentality at the ready.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a passion for working with children and facilitating
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to teach primary school subjects will be an advantage
