• Manage and steer suppliers (e.g. instructors, fleet management, facility management, simulator experience) according to clearly defined processes and up to the highest standards to guarantee a smooth operation of the upcoming Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) in Singapore

Role

Applied Global Services (AGS) offers consulting, spare parts, and services to improve the performance and productivity of customer’s equipment and fab operations. Industry trends— materials engineering, remote access, deep learning, and augmented reality—have led to significant advances in how the AGS group supports its global customers. From development through production, as device specifications become more stringent, AGS’ service offerings have helped customers achieve important yield, output, and cost improvements at every step of the semiconductor fab life cycle.

Applied Materials is looking for an experienced executive to provide overall vision and direction for AGS in the APAC region. He/she will be responsible for metric reporting and forecasting, leading the organization through performance and process improvement, and setting overall budget and strategic direction. This position requires close coordination and strong working relationships with other regional functional departments as well as division and headquarters' functional leaders. This executive position resides within the AGS Leadership Team and reports to the CVP, Customer Service and Sales. The preferred locations are Singapore, Taiwan, or Japan.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Provide leadership to the staff to ensure all customer installation, repair and maintenance activity is performed in compliance with Company policies, business processes and quality standards.
• Requires both effective management of daily activities and development of process improvements to address any identified deficiencies.
• In concert with the Region Finance Team, responsible for annual budgeting and monthly forecast updates for operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Must build strong working relationship with regional peers, particularly those in Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Services and Finance, to ensure alignment on daily operations and strategic initiatives to achieve common business goals.
• Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and operational processes for the department that meet or exceed industry standards.

• Preferred, BA/BS in Engineering or Business/Operational Management

Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold CSE’s in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions. As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.

Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
