Responsibilities

• Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded within the expected turnaround time;

• Manage and resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters;

• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from policyholders, distribution representatives and business partners;

• Provide excellent customer service experience;

• Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required;

• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

Skills/Requirement

• ‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);

• 1 years’ experience in customer servicing role (Life Insurance);

• Proficient in customer servicing and possesses strong drive for service excellence;

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of shipment processes while ensuring excellent customer communication and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and track pre-alert documents from origin offices or sales support to ensure accurate shipment preparation.
• Continuously track and monitor flight arrivals, promptly notifying customers of any changes or deviations from the expected schedule.
• Collaborate with operations teams and customers to handle survey shipments, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of service.
• Ensure strict adherence to the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the shipment process.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs, to coordinate shipment requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager to support operational goals.

Job Requirements
