• Lead the development and management of technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft pre-sales solutions and assess feasibility, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints.
• Provide Project Management inputs across job responsibilities, coordinating with the Project Management team for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to address technical matters and ensure project alignment.
• Manage project scheduling, construction processes, and documentation, facilitating smooth handover to the Project team for delivery.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Centre or equivalent design and construction.
• Proficiency in variable design standards such as BICSI, TIA, and Uptime Institute Tier Standard.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions effectively across multifunctional teams.
• High resilience, drive for innovation, and commitment to achieving objectives.

Our Art Studio is located in PLQ Mall (Paya Lebar MRT) and Star Vista (Buona Vista MRT).

We conduct art classes for all ages and retail of art materials.

We are looking for one sales staff who can work 4 OR 5 days every week. One of the days will be a weekend. 1-2 day in Star Vista, the other days in PLQ.

Candidate must be comfortable doing sales, speaking with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning senior client stakeholder relationships, including defining objectives and managing engagement timeline, activities, deliverables and expectations throughout the project
• Design and orchestrate customer and stakeholder research activities (workshops, interviews, surveys, data analysis, product testing etc.), deliverables and timelines
• Synthesise and draw out human, customer and business system insights from research
• Work collaboratively to solve problems and drive change for our clients through 3 lenses: desirability, feasibility, viability
• Develop core CX assets (personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints and wireframes) as required
• Work closely with designers to prepare design deliverables, standards and specifications for testing and development
• Articulate and explain the rationale behind the work
• Facilitate feasibility assessment and prioritisation of proposed solutions
• Strategise process, product and service improvements including optimisation of research methodologies, and enhancing organisational success
• Provide feedback and on-the-job guidance to direct reports

Job Descriptions:

• Manage incoming calls and attend to enquiries or emails from clients
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders & delivery orders
• Able to process all orders accurately and within expected timeline
• Provide administrative support (for example, check visuals and floor plan, prepare installation report etc) for the Sales Team
• Co-ordinate smooth workflow of orders and relevant logistics arrangement
• Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required as by the Sales Team

Job specifications:
