Job Duties:

• Providing daily support to ensure smooth operation of daily work
• Handling enquiries & to assist to rectify any potential issues
• Assisting in the overall running of system operations
• To attend to operational matters as and when deemed necessary and make prompt decisions to mitigate any disruptions to the overall operations
• Check that all tender amount declaration is done correctly and ensure that the tender-to-date amount tallies with the bank-in to-date amount
• To verify daily cash collection tally with the report at the end of the shift
• Other ad-hoc duties as perassigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N level with 1 year of Customer Service or Cashiering experience
• Pro-active, resourceful & effective in problem solving
• Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holiday
