What You Will Deliver
- Responsible for handling enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Work closely with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening, application verification and account management as well as to achieve desired results and support business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate business opportunities
- Understand customers' needs and provide internal feedback on service improvement
- Make warm/cold & inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Improve and innovate customer service procedures, policies, and standards in line with the company's objectives, and work with the customer service team with updated industry trends and new practices or knowledge
- Perform, lead, and train subordinates for administrative tasks and customer services skills
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks, monthly reports, CSO Dialogues, Workflow and SOP assigned by team lead and Managers
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Telemarketing/ Customer Service field is preferred, and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Mature with a positive attitude, resilient, aggressive, self-motivated and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details
- Customer service oriented, a good team player with excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
- Able to work in a pressurized and fast paced environment
