Working Hours:
9am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat)
Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service support via phone and email.
· Attend to Customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries.
· Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
· Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed.
· Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
· Processing of invoice promptly.
· Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment.
· Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
· At least GCE “O” Level and above
· At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field
· Team Player, positive and willing to learn attitude
· Able to commit OT as and when required
