What the role is

The Quality Service Branch (QSB), under the Clean Environment Group (CEG), handles cases related to pollution control and wastes management matters. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute activities to support engagement and outreach initiatives.
• Develop digital or physical materials to promote projects and programmes.
• Manage and optimize online presence, including websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive communication strategies while ensuring compliance to branding standards.
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of outreach activities, providing insights to improve and refine engagement efforts.
• Assist with essential administrative and operational tasks, including procurement and purchasing activities, and maintaining databases and workflows to ensure that the centre operates smoothly and efficiently.
• To assist the team in simple ad-hoc assignments when required.

Period:

• Immediate till 30 December 2024

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Flexibility for weekends or after-hours for certain occasions or school events.

• Clementi

Salary:

• $13 per hour

Requirements:

• Possess or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred, with relevant work experience.
• Strong interest and flair in writing and creative work.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software (Canva or Adobe Creative suite) and basic proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Resourceful team player with the ability to work independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Proactivewith strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Pleasant disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
