Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
• Responsible for the creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
• In charge of server preventive maintenance, backup procedures, network and PC

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monitor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support any ad-hoc finance projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good to have experience in full-set accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent).

• Work closely with customs brokers to help clear goods through customs, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
• Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely and effective manner.
