• Provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer & requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments.
• Preparing of invoices for customers' checking about subcontractor’s invoices & preparing of reports for internal & external customer.
• Ensure compliance with customer & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Preparing SOP for our internal use.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, depot, trucking, insurance, customs clearance etc based on shipment requirements
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from manager

Requirement:

• Familiar with incoterms, custom requirements, import and export procedures.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain the professional look and service at our front office, as well as be in-charge of daily operations of reception area
• Receive visitors in the office and escort them to their meetings, attending to walk-in enquiries
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the intended employees
• Handling all incoming, outgoing, local and international, mails and courier consignments
