We are looking to hire a VMware Operations Support (L3) Specialist to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on Experience and advance knowledge on VMWare, VMware Horizon and Windows OS (server and workstation)
• Strong Professional track record with hands on experience of technical hands-on Operations work - VMware Hypervisors, Clusters, Networking, DataStore vSAN, Horizon, vSphere, vRA, vRO etc
• Strong Technical and Operational Knowledge in financial industry
• At least 3-5 years’ of experience in Operations for BAU and initiatives

Requirements:

• Advance knowledge on VMware Products, VDI, Horizon view client/Agent – Vmware. Hypervisors, Clusters, Networking, Horizon connection server, vSphere, vRA, vRO
• Deep knowledge of tools for troubleshooting VMware and Microsoft technologies
• Systrack, Splunk, processmon, trace log collection and dump log analysis.
• Advance scripting knowledge for inventory, reporting, log collection, remote debugging, and troubleshooting. PowerShell, python etc.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes / patches.
• Sound knowledge of incident management process for large scale organization requiring multiple team engagement.
• Experience in supporting end users in L3 capacity– Upgrade, Migration projects.
• Customer-facing experience as a technical operations specialist, with strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the new business department with the sales process

Job Description

As an e2i Principal Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development and delivery of integrated employment solutions via various outreach initiatives, and collaborations with partners to promote e2i’s career services to individuals. The role requires you to coach, provide career advisory and job match jobseekers to jobs. You will also need to work in close partnership with other business units within e2i and the NTUC.

You will assist the Team Lead to enhance the employment and employability of workers through the following:

• Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, e.g. to be placed in jobs, and help jobseekers to be job ready.
• Work with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the career centre.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote e2i’s career services for individuals.
• Draft case notes, analyse and recommend strategies for jobseekers to be able to be placed in a job, this may include sharing training courses and sharing best practices on resume writing, interview skills and so on to achieve placement targets.
• Use career coaching techniques to drive successful job matching outcomes for jobseekers and working people on a 1-1 or group basis, as well as handle in-depth more challenging jobseeker profiles.
• Monitor, track and analyse the progress of jobseekers, and follow up with jobseekers if they are unable to be placed in a job in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders (e.g. government, private partners).
• Liaise and manage appointed training providers to deliver employment facilitation services to stakeholders (e.g. through events, job fairs, etc).
• Assist in managing the deployment of coaches required for outreach engagement and monitor their performance such as workload and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage feedback and appeals that come through various channels pertaining to e2i career services.
• Coordinates daily activities, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, monitor the achievement of objectives.
• Continuous refinement and implementation of customer service operations and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years experience in job matching/recruitment/human resources/career coaching/career development facilitation/social work/counselling will be advantageous.

Being the face of the organisation, the FIDReC Contact Centre Specialist (FCCS) is the first point of contact with the public. The FCCS assists the public with their queries and provides support to enable consumers to file their disputes at FIDReC. The FCCS will also assess whether a claim meets basic eligibility requirements. There are various contact channels that the FCCS will respond to including face-to-face, telephone, email, online enquiries, and letters.Once a dispute has been filed at FIDReC, the FCCS will also support the Case Managers of FIDReC in communicating with the disputants and helping them with the submission or collection of documents. Data entry and verification:

The FCCS will need to verify that key information has been provided by the consumers when they file their disputes online.
For consumers who are unable to file their dispute online, the FCCS will need to provide assistance in creating cases when all documents received are in order.
Covering the duties of fellow team-members, including the Service Ambassador, when a team member is away from the office.
Any other projects or duties assigned by the Management / Supervisor.
Candidates should possess empathy, strong communication skills, and be able to work in a team.Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
