Objectives of the position:

This role involves Customer Quality Support for LAP’s product distribution, addressing customer feedback and product quality requirements/issues. As a Service Engineer, you have to attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises. Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
