Service Advisor

Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for our customers and workshop team, delivering exceptional, prompt, and seamless service while ensuring all automotive service and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager for Pre-owned Car Sales to lead and oversee the pre-owned car business management and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our pre-owned car segment, achieving volume and profitability targets, and positioning Porsche Singapore as the preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore.

• Position Porsche Singapore as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore and promote the awareness and benefits of Porsche Approved Programme amongst consumers.
• Develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and operational plans for the pre-owned car segment to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Develop pre-owned car pricing strategy including setting of residual value, trade-in and selling pricing for pre-owned Porsches.

JOB PURPOSE
