• Hold regular management meetings with client to report on the activities and management of the Property, as well as to present recommendations relating to their management.
• Manage financial matters including monitoring of the income and expenditure of the Property to ensure that these are in line with the annual budget, payment of property tax, etc.
• Prepare annual income, expenditure budgets and capital improvement budgets for client’s approval within stipulated time frame.

Summary

Responsible to work with the Real Estate Manager or higher staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities in accordance with the real estate management agreements and CBRE policies.

Responsibilities

• Using independent discretion, responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly and/or contracts for vendor services as required. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.

The Service Management Delivery Lead provides expert knowledge to deliver activities across the business cycle phases: sell, build, run. Hope Student Care Centre is a faith-based organisation set up by Paya Lebar Methodist Church (Parent Organisation), in collaboration with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), in 2001. Since then, the centre has been providing a safe and conducive environment for the after-school care of students in the Hougang neighbourhood.
