This position will report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Operations Manager

** Available shifts: 10.30am - 3.30pm or 5pm - 10pm

The working location is within walking distance from Bras Basah MRT station and City Hall MRT station

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service by providing a pleasant dining experience for guests
• Serve food in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
• Perform preparation, table set up and ensure the proper handling of all operating equipment
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the restaurant menu and products to provide excellent service
• Adhere to the compliance of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
• Prior experience working in a preopening team would be advantageous
• Possess strong knowledge in food (relevant cuisine) and beverage
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public

Job Responsibilities

• Performs installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
• Performs warranty and corrective repairs / maintenance visits (Mainly Workplace infrastructure, WPI and GMS) 3
• Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.
• Provides support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc Service Operational Tasks:
• Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
• Makes efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation
• Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts.
• Ensure data hygiene and hours tracking / SOPP are timely input. Service Commercial-related Tasks:
• Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
• Strive to achieve Revenue Targets of Service department Miscellaneous Tasks:
• To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities as required by the company
• Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager.

• Min Diploma in science or Engineering
• Min 1 to 2 year of servicing exp in medical or lab devices
