Job Title: Full-Time Admin/HR Manager
Location: Tampines/CCK
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Admin/HR Manager with at least 1 year of experience in administrative and human resources roles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the centre.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with tutors and staff to ensure smooth running of the centre.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives as part of the centre’s expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
