• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years experience in administrative & customer service

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Call Centre Agent located in Sims Ln. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls within a call center environment, where you’ll clearly communicate and explain payment breakdowns to customers. Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.
