Responsibilities

Provide technical support and operations services for IT systems.

Troubleshoot laptop/desktop, email, and software issues for end users.

Offer helpdesk services for user inquiries and technical issue reporting via phone and email.

Assess technical issues to determine if they can be resolved with the provided system access level; escalate unsolved cases to the appropriate team.

Possess basic networking knowledge.

Provide level 1 & 2 user support to end users and VIPs.

Collaborate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.

Communicate timely updates on issue status and resolution to stakeholders.

Maintain user request updates for all reported incidents.

Demonstrate clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirememts

At least a Professional Certificate/NITEC /Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree level in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in desktop support.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the pre-enlistment medical activities and the related support services
• Receive cases, analyse the background and follow up actions required
• Communicate with appellant where required, and with internal stakeholders for necessary actions
• Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution or submission. Ensure that responses adhere to process flows.
• Conduct investigation on process gaps to determine root cause and provide advice for rectifications.
• Liaise with business process owners, ground users and system technical teams to rectify or improve process gaps.
• Support, conduct audit and track submission of reports.
• Provide clear and concise advice and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.
• Carry out administrative tasks to ensure processes are complete.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform verification, calibration and preventive maintenance (PMs) with in-house Metrology SOPs
• Maintain in-house calibration and qualification tools to ensure that they are timely calibrated and maintained
• Handle and Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM, Qualification, repairs)
• Ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site and on-site requirements prior their service job execution
• Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Identify and recommend customers appropriate inventory type and quantity of inventory supply of critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits and service tools replacement to minimize instrument downtime and budget planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program, using in-house Asst Management system in the following areas:
• Training
• Service Reports of all equipment and calibration tools for all services performed
• Asset information
• Vendor Qualification Review
• Effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, multi-functional team in the company to ensure services can be carried out effectively
