Objectives
The Service Admin Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to the assigned customers and is able to deliver and exceed customers expectation of all the after-sales services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
- Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
- Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
- Effectively schedule breakdown, installation service and preventive maintenance appointments for Service Engineers.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .
Key Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
- Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong attention to details
Qualification:
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
