Job Scope

• Prepare quotations for services and spare parts in response to customer inquiries.
• Execute service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning, for a range of gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
• Diagnose analyzer issues and advise customers on optimal solutions, adhering to company's standard procedures and safety protocols.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service support.
• Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Assist project teams in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
• Identify opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Conduct product training sessions for end-users and distributors.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Preferably 2 years of working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.
• Knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers would be advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
• Preferably possess own transport

Job Description

• Analyse, diagnose and rectify issues on material handling equipment.

• Carry out electrical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and components.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenances.

• Perform modification, commissioning works.

• Communicate and attend to site customer’s request.

• Communicate well with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Undertake Supervisor’s Instruction

• Perform stock take

• Provide support and guide new colleagues

• Attend trainings

Requirements

• Strong Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge

• Good computer skills

• Able to speak and write English for handling English speaking people

• Possess valid class 3C driving license ( drive Van )

• Possess customer service mind-set

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automotive

• At least 2 years’ experience in the technical field such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment, industrial vehicles.

• Able to work on one’s own

• Willing to take on jobs outside normal working hours
