Casework and Counselling

• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress due to family-related issues with moderate complex cases. Includes Online counselling.

• Plan, review and facilitate groupwork intervention for parents and children.

• Prepare, review and endorse court reports.

Research and Practice

• Lead in research to build domain-specific knowledge in the local context

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Counselling or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, preferably with a recognised certification in Counselling.
• A Counsellor should have atleast three years of working experience.
• As a Senior Counsellor should have around 8 years of relevant casework / counselling experience in education, counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children, and have experience in conducting training and workshop
• Proven leadership track record in previous experiences
• Accredited member of SASW and/or clinical member of SAC as well as preferably Registered Clinical Supervisor of SAC
