Description:

• Preparation of Quotation for both spare parts and service attendance to customer
• Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers

Job Description:

• Report directly to the Centre Management.
• Assist the centre management with running the operations of the centre.
• Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
• Strong case resolution skills to resolve client feedback and complaints on promised actions and that client needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work closely with other managers to ensure that all MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are strictly adhered to through rigorous and constant internal checks.
• Ensuring that the logistics and operational capability of the centre runs smoothly.
• Ensuring timely and appropriate administration and documentation according to required law, processes and regulations.
• Participate & represent on behalf of the company’s services with confidence.
• Represent the centre in the absence of any management.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners, always speaking with the understanding of tone and choice of words.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
• 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.
• Preferably minimum 1 year in operational role.
• Preferable experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry in general.
• Applicants with operational backgrounds in other industries such as hospitality are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with elderly in the community would be good to have.
• Hands-on and enjoys community setting.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT.
• Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable).

Repair Order Desk Executive

Contract: 6 months contract

Location: Changi North

Responsibilities

• To process/enter customer orders, creating delivery documents, maintain records of transactions and interactions, as well as updating ERP (SAP) and databases (Microsoft Access).
• To ensure accurate and timely billing/invoicing to customers.
• To co-ordinate with, or support other departments to resolve customer service issues.
• To work within the Repair Team to ensure repair SPT and company objectives are met.
• Be responsible, and to prepare, present and/or participate in performance related topics.

Requirements:

• Must be familiar and able to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and write fluently in English.
• Candidates with previous experience in aerospace customer order desk will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience using SAP and Microsoft Access will be added advantageous

Preferred Experience/ Skillsets:

• Aviation/ Aerospace: Minimum 1 year
• Customer Service: Minimum 1 year
• SAP: Minimum 1 year
• Repair Order: Minimum 1 year
• Microsoft Access: Minimum 1 year

• Conduct admission of clients into the centre services, by ensuring proper explanation to the Next of Kin/Client of charges, subsidy, means test application, MOU signing and arranging of assessment/start date/transport.
• Carry out reception duties and registration of clients for attendance taking purpose.
• Answer phone calls and enquiries, coordination of meetings.  Collect payment for clients’ invoices and to keep a good record of collection balance account
• Filing of document, monthly statistics/utilisations.
• Update client’s profile regularly to ensure important information and related demographic is accurate in the system.
• Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in tracking of admin and centre consumables utilization and to ensure replenishment of stock.
• Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in managing the transport schedule and to work with Next of Kin/Client on the transport arrangement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Min N / O / NITEC/ Diploma in any courses
• Min 3 years of healthcare admin or clinic assistant exp
