Job Purpose

• Looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented person to be part of company’s Global Customer Master Team.

Responsibilities:

• Performing Customer Data Management
• Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
• Being an active part of,Processing Customer Data within SAP - MDG following set standards and procedures and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  Troubleshooting, and resolving any discrepancies in Customer Master information between source systems and the Hub
  Actively engaging with Cross Functional Business, and IT teams to resolve Customer Data Management issues
  Generating Reports and Quality Metrics
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional internal customers, with specific experience in utilizing various information management tools
• Analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non technical processes
• Experiences using SAP
• Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or RPA
• Research or Data Management experience
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Statistics or any discipline

Job Responsibilities:

· Select equipment that meets the customer’s requirements with similar or higher quality and lower costs as compared to competitors

· Design winning system(s) which meet(s) the customer’s business requirements

· Advise salesmen on the method to structure the product description, technical specification, operational requirement in the proposal or bid document

· Provide advice to the Project Lead on ergonomic placement of equipment

· Draft designs accurately and in detail, including clear and correct labelling of equipment, wiring and diagrams

· Ensure that all equipment is documented in schematic drawing and Bill of Material (BOM) in order management

· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Department to review the design and ensure that it is promptly updated to meet any latest changes in operational requirements

· Advise Project Managers on the correct location of equipment and integration with other parties

· Approve schematics drawings for procurement and construction

· Conduct site inspections during onsite and offsite implementation

· Inspect schematic drawings to ensure that the design can be implemented effectively

Job Responsibilities

Design,Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion， conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
• Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation

Design & Build Sales

• Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).
• Cultivate sensibilities to user interface and experience of the landscape programme when preparing landscape proposal and sales pitch to win a Client.
• Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client’s approval for landscape implementation.
• Work with operations department and other contractors to deliver the intended design, inclusive of on-site coordination and problem-solving.
