Job Description:
· Assist in student admission, student orientation and student support services.
· Ensure Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and student medical insurance are in place and updated timely.
· Ensure FPS, student medical insurance, fee refund, course transfer, course withdrawal, appeal and feedback/complaint processes are in place and students are briefed on these policies and procedures.
· Responsible for all Student Contracts and Student P-Files
· Assist in monitoring student attendance and progression.
· Responsible for all student support services, including application for student pass and visa, FPS and student medical insurance.
· Managing student complaints, administering student feedback and annual student satisfaction surveys, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.
· Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of EIC’s facilities and assets.
· Assist students in management of courses, marketing progress and attending to enquires.
· Assist in the management of academic and admin departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in student guidance and wellness support
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
- Teamwork and Multitasking: Capacity to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent skills for interacting with and understanding diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, versatile with social media.
- Proactiveness and Initiative: Ability to take initiative and act proactively in addressing student needs and enhancing support services.
- Proficiency in Mandarin: Able to communicate with next-of-kin of international students from China; versatility with social media; and the ability to create posters and infographics.
- Employment type: An initial 2 year's employment contract will be offered, subject to renewal
