Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute thoughtful solutions for customer acquisition programs that prioritize customer success, while delivering measurable business growth impact to Google.
- Play a key role in building a strong foundation for reporting, analytics and program execution.
- Ensure actionable insights are readily available to inform decision making, by establishing globally consistent reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct analyses and shape the future-state design.
- Leverage analytical problem solving and business acumen, you will uncover and prioritize the highest impact opportunities to grow Google Customer Solutions Greater China business.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently, to foster and develop key relationships with stakeholders in the region.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, especially in APAC.
- Ability to think strategically to solve complex problems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.
Experience managing large and unstructured datasets to analyze and make insights discoverable at scale.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and advise on business insights and analytics opportunities.
